Via the app

The fastest way to get your questions answered is through the app.

  1. Open the Cuvva app.

  2. Tap the speech bubble in the top right.

  3. Search for a help article, or start a chat with our team.

Cuvva's customer support hours are:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9am to 9pm

  • Sunday: 9am to 6pm

  • Christmas Day and Boxing Day: 9am to 6pm

We usually reply within a few minutes.

We don’t have a general support phone line.

That’s because we can help you faster online:
