How do you store and transmit my data?

How Cuvva keeps your data safe

We are required by UK law to store insurance data for a minimum of 7 years. We do this on fully encrypted servers located within the EU.

Here's how it works πŸ‘‡

  • We hold all data on isolated networks only accessible to a very small number of named individuals

  • Our system will log for review any sensitive data access

  • Particularly sensitive data is isolated from other areas of our system on a "need to know" basis

  • We transmit your data fully encrypted using TLS with perfect forward secrecy

  • Support staff cannot see reasons for denial of coverage or interrogate your data

Check out our Privacy Policy for more info.

If you have any questions, just search the help centre for a quick answer or reach out to our customer support team. Happy driving!
