Sometimes, payments will fail to be "captured" by our system. This means that we haven't been able to take the payment.

Reasons for this happening vary but can be caused by situations like expired quotes or being logged into multiple devices.

When you attempt to purchase, we immediately send a pending payment to your bank but since this payment was not received on our end, it will simply disappear from your statement, normally within 3-5 working days. But, it largely depends on how long it takes for your bank to process these transactions. We're unable to provide an exact timeframe on this.
