The easiest way to contact customer support is through the Cuvva app. Our live chat team can help with all customer queries between 9am and 9pm. We're on hand every single day of the year. (Note: 25 and 26 December hours are from 9am to 6pm.)
If you already have a Cuvva account, messaging us through the app will be the fastest way to get help.
We don't handle claims
Cuvva is an insurance intermediary, so we don't handle claims. If you need to report an incident, you'll need to speak to the underwriter for your policy.
You'll be able to find their phone number in your policy documents.
But if you get stuck, just message us in the app - and we'll find the right number for you.
We don't offer phone support
We don't have a contact number, because we've found that we can provide better, faster, and more efficient help online.
