Add or remove a payment card

To add or remove a card, just go to the app home screen.

Tap Profile, then Payment Methods.

If you have a pay-monthly policy, remember that we take payment around 7 days before each monthly policy starts. So make sure you make any changes to your payment method in good time.

Removing a payment card

You can usually remove a payment card in the same section of the app.

But if it’s a card that you’ve used to pay for a monthly subscription, you won’t be able to remove it yourself.

Just chat to our customer support team. They’ll be able to remove the old payment card.
