Why can't I add my licence into the app?

Make sure you've entered your name and date of birth correctly

There are a few common reasons why you might not be able to enter your driving licence details to the Cuvva app.

Here's a couple of things you might want to check:

Your account name matches what’s on your driving licence: Don’t forget any middle names.

Your date of birth has been entered correctly: If you’ve entered the wrong date of birth, the app won’t recognise your licence.

You don’t already have an account with us: You can only have one Cuvva account — if you can’t access your original account, or you don’t remember making one, just chat to our support team.

If that doesn’t still work, just send a photo of your licence to our customer support team. They should be able to help.

Countries

You can use Cuvva if:

  • You have a UK licence issued in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or Wales

  • You have a full licence from Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Republic of Ireland, Romania, Spain, or Sweden. We are adding even more EU licences soon

And just so you know: if you want to remove your driving licence details from the account, you need to contact our customer support team.

Happy driving 🚗
