You can use Cuvva if:
You have a GB DVLA licence issued in England, Scotland, or Wales
You have a full licence from Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the Republic of Ireland, or Spain. We are adding even more EU licences soon
We can't accept licences issued in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man, because these regions have different licensing authorities. We also can't accept other EU nations at the moment.
