Where to find my policy documents and receipts

You can access your temporary car insurance policy documents at any time in the Cuvva app or via email.

To find your documents:

You’ll find your insurance certificate and full policy details there.

We’ll send your policy documents to your email as soon as you buy a policy.

You can also check your documents before buying. On the payment screen, just tap 'Policy and terms'.

You’ll get a “policy certificate” as part of your policy documents. This also counts as your receipt and proof of purchase.

We don’t charge VAT, so we can’t give VAT receipts.
